If you are getting one continuous red LED flash, it means your Monimoto is plugged in without batteries or batteries are low. In that case please put new batteries in and try once again. The use of your own SIM card is the sole responsibility of the user. Monimoto cannot guarantee the SIM card will work even if in our experience we know most SIM cards work properly. You can add up to 3 Key Fobs to each Monimoto device. If you happen to have more than one Monimoto, the same Key Fob can be used with multiple devices.
If you changed your phone number and lost access to your old account - let us know. You will have to prove that the device belongs to you. We will be able to remove the device from an old account, so you can pair it with your new account. You will have to restore Monimoto to the default parameters and then will be able to pair it with the new account.
